For Everyone

Indoor cycling can be done by people of all fitness levels. If you are new to cycling or have been away from fitness, you’ll notice that you improve quickly and recover faster than most other workouts. Indoor cycling has a reputation for intensity, and it can be intense, but our classes appeal to the novice cyclist, hard-core riders and everyone in between!

Your Control

Indoor cycling doesn’t involve a lot of coordination; it’s easier to concentrate on your form than in other types of aerobic classes. And although you follow the general instructions of the teacher, you are in control when it comes to your pace. You can finish a cycling class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace on the bike’s resistance knob.

Burn It

Depending upon your exertion level you can expect to burn between 500 to 1,000 calories in a one hour ride! But to many riders, it goes beyond conditioning and aerobic exercise. It’s both a group ride — sharing the burn of the hills — and also a time to let go and clear one’s thoughts!

Forget about life - and Just Ride.

Just a few rules to go over for you ride....

  • It’s my 1st indoor cycling or spin class ever, do I need to take a “Beginner Class”?

No, our certified instructors are trained to guide everyone through their ride (regardless of fitness level). So just show up a little early (15 minutes or so) and let your instructor know that you are new. That’ll give a few minutes to set you up properly. Also, each bike has its own resistance control, so you can, of course, always turn down the resistance as needed.

  • What do I need to bring to class?

Bring yourself and some water. We provide complementary towels for you to dry off. There are storage areas for your personal belongings in the studio.

  • What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout gear, but avoid loose fitting clothing so that it does not get caught on the bike. Designer clothes are NOT required to get in a great workout.

  • Are cycling shoes required?

No, the pedals have SPD clips as well as straps for tennis shoes. The harder the sole the better, but any closed-toe athletic shoe will do.

  • Do you have restrooms and a shower?

Yes, we have restrooms located in the back of the studio as well as one shower for your use.

  • Do you have parking?

FREE parking is located across the street in our enormous parking lot. No parking meters required!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

If you sign up for class and find that you cannot make it, you can “early cancel” up to 2-hours before that class time without penalty. After that time, your Ride Package will be charged.

  • Do you have a waitlist for full classes?

Yes, if a class is full, you can sign up for the online waiting list. If someone cancels, you will be emailed that a bike has opened. Simply follow the link to log into your account and then register!.

  • If I don't sign up online, can I still Just Ride?

Yes, walk-ins are always welcome, but you risk not getting in if that class is full. The great thing about Just Ride’s Online Scheduling System, is that you can reserve a class months in advance..
